All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. To return an item, please email customer service at contact@tick-mitt.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization from Customer Service. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Any refund or exchange will not include or cover the cost of return shipping.
